FAQ
The customer must contact us immediately if there are any issues with the order. We allow up to 5 days after the customer has received the item (based on the date of delivery) to make return/exchange requests.
Damages:
If an item is damaged please contact us ASAP. We require that you submit a photo when contacting us. A full refund will be processed within 7 business days via Paypal or Stripe.
Exchanges:
After we receive your exchange request, please send the original item to the address below. Once we receive your item we will begin processing the new order. New orders can take 3-7 days to process and 7-20 days in transit (based on the location it may take longer).
We ask that customers email us in advance if they would like to do a return/ exchange at [email protected]
You will have a period of up to 12 hours after your purchase to cancel your order. Upon completing that period of time, you will not be able to cancel the order for any reason. If you need any help, please contact us at [email protected]
Processing time: 2-7 working days before shipping out.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
Most of the orders will be delivered in 7-20 days after shipping, Sometimes delivery time can take up to 30 days in peak season or customs hold.
